You've seen my earlier post on Processed yet Good Foods. Here's the Part 2 of more processed foods!!!
Beginning with breakfast. Flapjacks and granola bars are great ways to start a day when you're in a hurry and have no time to cook. These are heavy in calories, small in size, packed perfectly to carry on the go. However they are definitely a bit on higher side in calories (235) and a bit too much of it is not good.

Get Buzzing comes in 5 flavours incl Dates & Seed, Berry, Cherry, Banana and Butter. The best part is its nutfree and doesn't have artificial colors, flavours etc. Its slightly on the drier and crumbly side. Thanks for Franks is another brand which makes granola bar with oats. This one is a bit more moist than the other and this too comes in 5 flavours incl Chocolate, Hazelnut and Caramel etc. This is Gluten free and is filled with raisins, cashews, seeds, fruits, and lots more!

Puravida is a brand that makes glutenfree, flavoured, raw breads. Its a wheatfree, gluten free, yeast free, sugar free bread. With buckwheat and vegetables that are compressed and dehydrated below 42 deg C. Its a bit too raw! It almost tastes like 'vadam' of South Indian food. It tastes better when fried or toasted. Pic's Peanut Butter is a brand of peanut butter with both smooth and crunchy versions. Puravida breads was better with the peanut butter!
A brand of cereals here was Raw Gorilla which makes lovely cereals with Tiger nuts which are actually tubers and not nuts, which makes it ok to be consumed by people who have nut allergy too! Its slightly on the sweeter side, however not sweet enough for me to skip other sweetening agents. However it also has some raisins, cashew nuts, dried coconut, dried banana etc in it which makes very delicious. With milk, this is a pretty good, nourishing breakfast. The brand also makes Munchies which are little discs of made of sprouted buckwheat with flavours of dates, cinnamon etc which can be eaten raw. I wasn't a very big fan of this one though.
Over to heavier lunch, Hawaiian Fish Company makes authentic Hawaiian styled rice bowls called Poke. As its name goes, almost all of the items in the menu are fish based except one that's vegetarian. I felt it was almost like a bowl styled sushi. With sticky rice and roasted vegetables and seasoning this was just very very yummy!!! A perfect, filling, tasty bowl of rice based lunch!!!
Over to desserts - The Coconut Collaborative makes yummy diary free, gluten and soya free, artificial sugar free frozen yoghurts. Made with the coconut pulp, with fruits for flavours, this is so damn yummy!!! Its comes in Almond, Raspberry, Chocolate, Mango and Blueberry flavours. CoYo is another brand which also makes desserts with coconut pulp and fruits. This too has no diary, soya, nut, egg, lactose, artificial sugar and this also tastes incredibly yummy!!!
Pudology comes with diary free, gluten free pudding. The best flavour of it was banana called Banoffee, with chocolate atop with toffee and banana sauce beneath and biscuit layer at the base which was way too yummy!!!
Finally wrapping up with drinks! Cranes is a brand of cider, made of fermenting crushed cranberry which has 4% alcohol and more than 16.5% juice. It comes in 3 flavours, Original cranberry, Raspberry & Pomegranate and Strawberry & Kiwi. Strawberry Kiwi was the best flavour with a hint of sourness, Original Cranberry is on the sweeter side and Pomegranate Raspberry is very sweet for my taste. It tastes more like breezer than a cider!
P.S: Big thanks to Bloggers Hangouts for this fabulous event!
