My 2nd Diwali after wedding and my 1st Diwali here in UK. I was told that the fireworks at Swami Narayan Mandir are a must see and we set off! The fireworks were to start at about 8pm. On the day of Diwali, it was sure that trying to get into the temple would be pointless with the crowd there. So directly we set off to the park close-by where the fireworks display was to happen. Sharing here just the pics of the fireworks. It was indeed a fabulous experience!!! Just reminded me of the Olympics Opening Ceremonies.

The entire show lasted non-stop for 15 minutes and below is the wrap-up.
That's the exterior of the temple and below is the mind-blowing crowd that I most-definitely did not expect. I expected crowd, but not a Chandi Chowk of Delhi or T.Nagar of Chennai crowd!!!

TO GET THERE:
Nearest tube station: Neasden
